Art. In visual arts [jʊŋ][bluːd] explores with many different media. Oil’s, acrylics, classic pen drawing as well as the use of paper for collage and bringing in 3-dimensional elements of her experience in architectural model-making. Recently she has developed a mix-media technique which has become her unique style. In her current night city illustrations she visually narrates stories. Interpretations of experiences and anecdotes evolving around the theme of a sleepless city and the element of nighttime secrecy. Darkened streets, glimpsing windows, a threat yet also a distorted fairytale feel that reflects a personal curiosity for space, dimension, light.
